If he is on drugs, why he is not high right now,? he scared to blame the system. He blames himself. If he is homeless from where he can buy or afford the drugs. Anyone long-time unemployed he will become homeless, the issue with the system. Shame on a system that let the human become worse than an animal. Before 1980 No homeless in Europe, because there was a system. when system corrupted and people become selfish Human value become nothing. No person should be homeless. If he is on drugs put him in a hospital, even if it is bad hospital 10 in one room. If he is criminal, put him in jail. Such a person is assuring that our system is failing.
