This is really rubbish, I have hired people and they were so good, but they been pushed out due to someone asks me to push him out and I have to do what I have been told, otherwise I will be pushed out, Education what matters for the job and some job required practices, and if no one offer practices this person has no other option just to change a career that required fewer practices,
If a programmer never gets a job, they have two option, even work by himself to keep himself in shape or change career.
Some job practice is not necessary or can be done in one month,
Some job required in-depth practices.

Hire someone educated person is very easy as there is clear evidence that this person keeps on the top of his task when
he passes 3 years that is enough evidence that he is a hard worker.
